Moving forward
We had an awesome lead team meeting last night as we asked a few questions of how to keep moving forward as a church. We came up with some good answers but maybe you have some even more profound thoughts. One of the questions went like this "What is one thing that you think we could be doing/do better in order to take our church to the next level?" We determined that the next level for us is to be able to survive on our own absent of outside support. This means getting people involved in ministry so that we have a sustainable pace with more people contributing to keep the raft afloat rather than the few that are making it happen right now. It means getting our giving to a place where we can pay the rent to stay in the theatre and support the ministry of pursuing our mission of re:connecting people to Jesus.
